Ingredients
- 2,5 dl (1 cup) quinoa
- 500 ml water
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 bags of frozen veggie mix (bellpepper/pea/corn)
- salt and pepper
- beef broth cube
Instructions
- Boil quinoa according to instructions with half a cube of beef broth (can use vegetable broth too)
- Thaw the veggies
- Open cans of tuna
- Mix
- Heat everything up and season with salt and pepper
Notes
- if you want something a bit "fancier", you can add parmesan and some olive oil to give it a bit more italian flavor.
