Ingredients
  1. 2,5 dl (1 cup) quinoa
  2. 500 ml water
  3. 2 cans of tuna
  4. 2 bags of frozen veggie mix (bellpepper/pea/corn)
  5. salt and pepper
  6. beef broth cube
Instructions
  1. Boil quinoa according to instructions with half a cube of beef broth (can use vegetable broth too)
  2. Thaw the veggies
  3. Open cans of tuna
  4. Mix
  5. Heat everything up and season with salt and pepper
Notes
  1. if you want something a bit "fancier", you can add parmesan and some olive oil to give it a bit more italian flavor.
