 I always keep tuna cans at home because I just love tuna in its every form. This sauce is a real delice, its easy, its fast, and did I mention it tastes great? 🙂 Try it and fall in love with it!

Ingredients
  1. 1 can of tuna in water
  2. 1 can of diced tomatos
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 garlic
  5. 1 tbs olive oil
  6. 2 tbs of tomato based chili sauce
  7. salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, paprika
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the onion and the garlic.
  2. open all cans
  3. heat up the pan and add the olive oil to the pan once its heated
  4. fry onion and garlic quickly until soft and you can smell a wonderful aroma
  5. add spices and diced tomatos to the pan
  6. reduce the heat to medium
  7. heat up and let cook for a minute or two
  8. add tuna and let the sauce start boiling.
Notes
  1. Serve with spaghetti, raw spaghetti, quinoa or boiled rice.
  2. Tastes great even cold and on a toast.
