Yes! We made some Chocolate Chip Cookies. After seeing the cute guy explaining in the video why you end up with thin, soft and chewy or cake-like cookies, I held firmly in my mind to use the tricks he introduced. 1) Mix dry ingredients well 2) fluff my butter and sugar properly 3) used baking soda to get those soft and chewy cookies out of the oven.
The results were yummy. The batch of cookies we made was so big that we decided to freeze some of the dough for those occasions when we want yummy scent of chocolate cookies wafting in the air, and in case we get visitors for coffee. True Martha Stewart living no? 🙂
